‘Seasonal Affective Disorder’ and Vitamin D

Did you know that the cluster of symptoms formally known as “Seasonal Affective Disorder” are actually due to lack of vitamin D? A study done at a hospital in Ohio, on every person coming in with what was termed S.A..D., revealed a lack of vitamin D, across the board. Once placed on the vitamin, the symptoms disappeared–The true name of this issue is called “Lack of vitamin D disorder.”
If you live in any of the Northern states, you should be taking 6,000 I.U.’s of Vitamin D because we don’t get enough sunshine to provide it naturally.
