Initial Appointment

Your first appointment begins with a call to the office. You will be scheduled an initial consultation at which time we’ll determine which therapist will be the best fit for you.

Rates

$90 per session for self-paying clients
Hypnotherapy $400 for two sessions plus a self hypnosis recording.

Insurance

We are in network with:
*Highmark, Blue Cross/Blue Shield
*UPMC (excluding UPMC For Life)
*Aetna, Optum and United Behavioral Health

We do not accept Medicare

Please call the office before making an appointment and provide your insurance information.
Also if we cannot verify eligibility of your insurance before your first visit, you will be billed $90, payable at the time of service. Once your insurance has paid, you will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of session. Cash, credit card or check accepted for payment at the time of service.
